| Finally! 1.1 is now on the download page. Two new types of detonators (remote detonators & booby traps), coloured warnings, explosions, fixes, it's got everything you need! I'll be updating the project page over the next couple of days, hopefully everything will be documented by week's end. |

| Sorry about the further delay, but I need a warm body on a LAN to help me verify that my latest build is ready to release...and I don't have one :( I should have a volunteer on Monday so I'm crossing my fingers that I'll be ready to go Monday night. I have a build compiled and ready but I don't want to let it out until I've verified it. This isn't a total waste though. I'm still hoping to fix the mutator so it deals out credit appropriately. At the moment, two of the detonator types work fine, giving credit where credit is due (remote detonators & timed detonators). The problem is the other two, which includes the Dead Man's Switch. I have no idea why the damn thing isn't working, but I've posted about it on the UnrealScript forums and I'm going to try wrestling with the UT debugger to see if I can't determine why it's not working. And yes, if you total up what I just wrote you come to four detonator types :) You'll just have to wait until 1.1 to find out what the other new type is! |

| MutVehicleDetonators 1.1 will be delayed a day or too. Don't fret though! This is not because of techincal problems but rather because I had a great idea for one last type of detonator to add to the mix. There'll be some really cool new features in 1.1 so be sure to come back later in the week and try it out! |

| I've given the site a simple face-lift -- yes, I know the colours aren't fantastic, but it's using CSS now so I can change that easily enough. I've given MutVehicleDetonators its own project page, and when I start work on my next project (in the next week or so), it will have it's own page too. So if you like MutVehicleDetonators, check back and see what I come up with next! Speaking of MutVehicleDetonators, there'll be a 1.1 release early next week that will add a new type of detonator: remote detonators! Read all about them on the MutVehicleDetonators project page. I've also updated the other detonator types so they all emit different coloured flashes now -- no more trying to guess if that Hellbender bearing down on you is on timed detonation or a Dead Man's Switch -- you'll be able to know :) |
